    It would help learners when you show the web page after publishing. Simply creating DocumentTypes, Tabs and properties does not easily explain the concept.

    Any developer/learner want to see how it looks like once the documentType is created and used for a web page.

    The reason he does not show the web page after a publish is because it would still be blank. Here, you are not yet creating the content of the site, rather you are creating the user interface in which the site content can be authored. Publish refers to making the defined document types available to the authors, not web site viewers. To see how the authored content gets turned into a viewable web site, see the next videos on templates and stylesheets.
