How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply login to your account, navigate to the profile > accounts section and choose cancel.

When using Chrome the videos hang or I can only hear audio

Due to a bug in Chrome it might be that the video hangs after a certain amount of time or that you only hear the audio, as a temp workaround goto chrome://flags/ and enable the option "disable hardware accelerated video".
