How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply login to your umbraco.com account, navigate to the profile > umbraco.tv accounts section and choose cancel.

I am unable to play a video on the website, something seems to be wrong?

Let us know as soon as possible by using the contact form above. It would really help if you can let us know the device, operating system and browser version you are using so we can look into the problem for you.

When using Chrome the videos hang or I can only hear audio

Due to a bug in Chrome it might be that the video hangs after a certain amount of time or that you only hear the audio, as a temp workaround goto chrome://flags/ and enable the option "disable hardware accelerated video".
