FAQ's
Can I share my account?
Unfortunately no, you cannot share your account with other people. This is because your profile is unique to you, with the badges you've earned and the videos you've watched. If you would like more people to get access to Umbraco.TV, we recommend upgrading.
What payment types do you accept?
We currently only accept payments via credit card.
I have access to the old Umbraco.TV, do I need a new subscription?
Don't worry you don't need to pay for a new subscription. You can log straight into the new Umbraco.TV website with your normal Umbraco.com credentials and gain access right away.
Can I watch the videos offline?
Unfortunately no you cannot currently watch the videos offline, however with a WiFi connection you are able to watch and browse Umbraco.TV easily from any internet enabled device.
Can I watch the videos on a TV?
Yes you can. Using any internet enabled TV or an iOS device with AppleTV you can watch from the comfort of your own sofa.
Will you be adding more content?
The plan is to continually add more content to the Umbraco.TV website. So make sure you come back regularly.
